WHAT OUR STUDENTS ARE SAYING
"The biggest vocal lesson/breakthrough I’ve had was in the Golden Age masterclass. It made me so happy because I had been wanting to achieve that kind of sound for so long. And I had finally done it!"
- Gretchen, BVC Academy student in South Dakota
"Before joining BVC Academy, I never had the chance to combine my actors tools with singing musical theatre songs. [In BVC Academy,] the advice I get weekly as well as the masterclasses are so helpful as I get to hear feedback on both the singing and acting as well as putting them together!"
- Bev, BVC Academy student in Singapore
"I used to just sort of have an overarching idea of what I'm saying, if even that. Now, I'm figuring out how every single line [of a song] means something different. I've focused a lot more on finding a specific objective in every single line."
-Ezra, BVC Academy student in North Carolina
"I have learned a lot so far! It has become more apparent to me that I must act in the song right as I start singing it, something I did not do before. Acting improves the story and even improves songs vocally!"
- Gabrielle, BVC Academy student in Florida

What is the time commitment?
I don't live in the US. Is this for me?
Can I cancel anytime?
I identify as ___. Am I welcome here?
Will I get access to one-on-one coaching?
Will this replace my regular voice lessons?
Will I work one-on-one with Cynthia and Chelsea?
I'm already in lots of shows, how will this help me grow?
EXPERIENCE VS TRAINING, WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
“A lot of younger people will do a lot of theatre, community theatre, school theatre, and so much of that is great experience! But let’s be honest, if 80 kids are in a show, so much of that is making sure 80 kids are safe, having fun, and getting their moment on stage."
"All of that is great experience, but it isn’t really great training. There is a difference between that and taking a class, or taking lessons and actually getting training on how to be a musical theatre performer and one day audition for Broadway shows.”
